The residential complex consists of 8 sections: three of them are 12-storey, five sections are 19-storey. They form a semi-enclosed cozy courtyard, open towards the park. The solutions of the master plan reflect a combination of privacy and intimacy of the courtyard space without the possibility of car access. The object is visually divided into two volumes with a common ornamental motif of the facade elements. The pearl of facade solutions is decorative panels made of fiberglass. The entrance and exit to the underground parking lot are located on different sides of the complex, this allows you to delimit traffic flows and avoid congestion of cars. And guest parking is provided on both sides of the complex. The semantic accent of the landscaping will be a miniature artificial river, which also functionally zones the yard space and saturates it with emotions. A small square with a sculpture in the shape of a horse will be located in the corner of the southern and western buildings.
